Substrate Preparation & Leveling

Review any manufacturer specifications and you will find that substrate preparation is critical and required.  Installation without proper prep is like a root canal without Novocain, painful, unpleasant and regretful.  On occasion standard prep simply doesn’t provide an adequate surface to install and leveling becomes necessary
